Someone....Please Stop Me!

"No more rocks, Lucy!"  You know this little line if you have ever watched "The Long, Long Trailer" with Lucille Ball & Desi Arnez.  Several weeks ago I quite trying to hide the supplies and decorating do-dads from Vernon.  The pile just keeps growing with bedding, appliances, storage containers, fans, art work and vintage collectibles.  I really need to get it out of the Man Cave and into my trailer.  Soon.....Toto's exterior makeover will be finished and she'll come home to get nicely outfitted.  Then off to camp we go!

New Benches Ready To Be Installed

Ooooh....Aaaah.  White vinyl benches are finished and look fabulous!  Master upholster-er James Jantzen (913.626.8979) stripped the original benches down to the bones.  The "V" design and piping came back to life in this fresh new version.  Thank you, James, for a job well done!

In Search Of Sanitation

When I was growing up and camping with my parents, we used a 5 LB coffee can for our night-time potty needs.  As my sisters and I will tell you, none of us to this day drink coffee.  Go figure!  So now the search is on for a real porta-potty suitable for Toto's Tin Can.  Nothing fancy, nothing big, just needs to do the job.  Discreetly.

Toto Leaves....the driveway!

July 29, 2011.  Toto takes her first trip to spend a few weeks at artist LISA GENTILE's house where the custom painting begins.   Lisa (left) will be creating a beautiful sunflower motif to reflect Toto's home state of Kansas.  (http://www.phonyfaux.com/)
